GDDRHammer: Greatly Disturbing DRAM Rows — Cross-Component Rowhammer Attacks from Modern GPUs

In this paper, we leveraged the GPU’s parallelism to create new Rowhammer techniques that produced many bit flips. We then exploit the NVIDIA allocator to place page tables in vulnerable regions, and finally produce an exploit that gains read/write access to the entire GPU and CPU.
